If you decide to register with and use Crumble, you will be asked to provide certain information about yourself including your full name, email address, phone number, organisation name for our internal team business operations to serve Product users. In addition, we will aggregate information about your use of the features of the Services we provide to you for internal team monitoring of Product usage by feature for continual Product testing and development. These features are files, notes, discussions, events, tasks and conversations. By submitting your personal information, you consent to the collection, use and transfer of your information in accordance with the terms of this privacy policy.
We will collect information about the usage of our Website, pages visited and interactions with pages. Usage information collected will include traffic data, location data and IP addresses. Also, we will collect information based on interactions in emails, video calls, phone calls or physical letters sent to/from our team, submitted from surveys or forms, and posts to our website or support channels. We will only use any such information for our internal team business operations to service Product users and in continual Product development in accordance with the terms of this privacy policy.
If you are 13 years old or younger you may not register with us on the Website. If we become aware that you are 13 years old or younger and you have not obtained such permission, we will remove your personal information from our records. By entering your details on the website you are stating that you are 14 years old or older.
App’s use of information received, and App’s transfer of information to any other app, from Google APIs will adhere to Google’s Limited Use Requirements.

An opt-out link will not apply where Crumble sends you a notice regarding the status of service, upgrades to the platform, security alerts or any notice relevant to your service and account.
Rabbitsoft Ltd uses trusted third parties to assist in the delivery, provision, analysis and improvement of Crumble. This includes data storage, maintenance services, database management, payment processing, Customer Relationship Management system, support management, roadmap planning and idea submittals, Product development and improvement, and finance activities. Rabbitsoft Ltd is not liable for the quality or accuracy of any onward transfer of information.
Employees of Rabbitsoft Ltd will have access to these systems and your personal information to complete the appropriate components of their roles. Rabbitsoft Ltd maintains strict data security protocols with all employees to track and monitor access to such systems for the purposes set out in this privacy policy.
We reserve the right to use the name and/or logo of the company you work for in publicity material, advertising or marketing collateral unless you specifically tell us otherwise. Your name, address details and all other personal information will remain confidential at all times.

You understand that by accepting an invitation into Crumble, those who are in the groups with you will be able to identify you by your Crumble profile. You may view, change, or remove your profile information displayed at any time by going to your profile and editing your information in your Account Settings.
You have the right to obtain a copy or change the personal information we hold about you in our and our trusted 3rd party services and systems. If you want to stop using your account, You may deactivate it. When you deactivate an account, you will not be able to use our Website or Service, and your information will not be capable of being viewed through our sites. Some of the functionality of the Services and Crumble interoperate with, and dependent upon, application programming interfaces (APIs) from third parties, such as Google and LinkedIn.
